Asset lifecycle management

All leased assets are managed throughout their entire lifecycle by BulkMove Solutions. We remain responsible for inspection, maintenance, repair, refurbishment, and controlled reuse to ensure consistent performance and safety.

Logistics & operational support

We support clients in integrating reusable systems into existing supply chains, including deployment planning, handling procedures, and coordination within the project logistics loop.


Cleaning, inspection & repair

Assets are cleaned, inspected, and serviced within the project environment, either on-site or through designated local service points operated by BulkMove Solutions, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum availability.

Digital traceability & usage monitoring

Each asset is identified and monitored through industrial RFID and digital lifecycle tracking, providing full visibility of usage history, condition, and service status.

HOW IT WORKS

BulkMove Solutions operates a closed-loop system designed for efficiency, safety, and long-term asset utilisation.

We analyse material characteristics, routes, volumes, and handling conditions to define the optimal reusable system and service configuration.

Reusable units are deployed under a leasing agreement with clearly defined service, usage, and operational parameters.

2.⁠ ⁠Leasing setup & deployment
Assets are used in regular bulk transport operations with predictable performance and without ownership or disposal burdens.

3.⁠ ⁠Operational use
After each cycle, units are cleaned and technically inspected within the project logistics loop, either on-site or locally, in accordance with defined quality standards.
4.⁠ ⁠Cleaning & inspection
Units are repaired or refurbished where required and redeployed based on condition and usage history, maximising service life and asset utilisation.

5.⁠ ⁠Repair, reuse & lifecycle control

Result:
A controlled, reusable bulk transport system with reduced waste, predictable costs, and full lifecycle transparency.
